A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.
When you access our website, the server automatically collects information in so-called server log files. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system used and referrer URL.
This data is technically required to provide the website and to ensure stability and security.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
3. Contact forms and inquiries
If you contact us via one of our forms, we process the data you provide in order to handle your inquiry. Depending on the form, this may include the type of project, salutation, first name, last name, company, email address, telephone number, address details and your project description.
The data is used to process your inquiry, sent to us by email and additionally stored in an internal database (MariaDB) so that inquiries can be processed in a structured manner, traced and followed up where necessary.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
4. Storage and deletion of data
Your data is stored only for as long as required to process your inquiry or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply. As a rule, we store contact inquiries for up to 12 months after completion. Longer storage only takes place where there is a legitimate interest, for example in the case of follow-up projects or ongoing communication.
5. Email communication
After submitting the form, both you and we receive an email. Your provided data is processed for communication purposes.

6. Recipients of data
Your data is not passed on to third parties except to our hosting provider, where this is necessary to process your inquiry, or where we are legally obliged to do so.
7. Cookies and local storage
Our website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. A technically necessary notice may be stored locally in your browser to save your choice.
